Welcome to DeepCells.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DeepCells.com, including all purchases made through the website.
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Return & Refund Policy, and any additional terms shown on product pages or at checkout.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use DeepCells.com or place an order.
1. Liquidation Website
DeepCells.com is a liquidation website. Products offered for sale may include liquidation, surplus, closeout, overstock, discontinued, returned, open-box, aged, recovered, or otherwise non-standard inventory.
Products sold through DeepCells.com are not sold as standard retail inventory and may not include the same warranties, support, packaging, documentation, accessories, replacement options, or services typically associated with new retail products.
2. As-Is Sales
All products sold through DeepCells.com are sold as-is, where-is, and with all faults, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing on the product listing.
Buyer accepts the product in its existing condition at the time of sale, subject only to the limited function-upon-delivery guarantee described in the Return & Refund Policy.
Product descriptions, photos, specifications, and related information are provided for general identification and informational purposes only. DeepCells.com makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but does not guarantee that all descriptions, photos, specifications, compatibility information, or product details are complete, current, error-free, or applicable to buyer’s intended use.
3. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final.
DeepCells.com does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests, except for timely and approved non-functioning product claims submitted within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
Buyer is responsible for reviewing all product information and sale terms before placing an order.
4. Limited Function-Upon-Delivery Guarantee
Unless a product listing states otherwise, DeepCells.com guarantees only that the product will function upon delivery.
Buyer must inspect and test the product immediately upon receipt.
Any claim that a product is non-functioning upon delivery must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to:

Claims submitted after the 48-hour inspection period will not be accepted.
If no claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery, the product will be deemed accepted by buyer, and all responsibility for the product transfers fully to buyer.
5. No Manufacturer Warranty or Seller Warranty
Products sold through DeepCells.com do not include any manufacturer warranty, seller warranty, service warranty, repair warranty, installation warranty, performance warranty, or ongoing support obligation unless expressly stated in writing on the applicable product listing.
DeepCells.com does not extend, transfer, assume, reinstate, or honor any original manufacturer warranty.
Any warranty, service, repair, technical support, replacement, or product claim against the original manufacturer, prior seller, brand owner, distributor, or any other third party is not assumed by DeepCells.com and will not be considered part of the sale.
6. No Technical Support, Repairs, or Servicing
DeepCells.com does not provide technical support, repair services, installation services, troubleshooting, product servicing, warranty servicing, replacement servicing, engineering support, system design support, or post-sale operational support for liquidation products.
Buyer is solely responsible for evaluating compatibility, selecting appropriate products, and obtaining qualified professional support for installation, setup, use, maintenance, repair, and disposal.
7. Electrical, Battery, Solar, RV, Marine, Golf Cart, and Off-Grid Products
Products sold on DeepCells.com may include batteries, energy storage systems, inverters, chargers, solar components, electrical equipment, RV power systems, marine power systems, golf cart batteries, and off-grid power equipment.
These products may involve risk of fire, electrical shock, injury, death, property damage, system failure, or equipment damage if improperly selected, installed, charged, discharged, stored, used, modified, repaired, transported, or disposed of.
Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that products are appropriate for buyer’s intended use and are installed, handled, operated, stored, maintained, transported, and disposed of safely and in compliance with all applicable laws, codes, standards, and manufacturer instructions where available.
Buyer should use licensed, qualified, and insured professionals where appropriate.
8. Product Compatibility
DeepCells.com does not guarantee that any product will be compatible with buyer’s existing system, equipment, vehicle, inverter, charger, solar array, electrical panel, battery management system, monitoring system, software, firmware, application, or intended use.
Buyer is solely responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
Compatibility issues are not grounds for return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or chargeback.
9. Product Images and Descriptions
Product images may show representative products, accessories, packaging, labels, or configurations.
Actual products may vary in appearance, labeling, packaging, cosmetic condition, included accessories, manuals, cables, connectors, mounting hardware, firmware, software, or other details.
Any included accessories will be limited to what is expressly stated in the product listing.
10. Pricing, Availability, and Errors
All pricing, availability, product details, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
DeepCells.com reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
DeepCells.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or product unavailability.
If an order is canceled by DeepCells.com before fulfillment, buyer’s payment will be refunded according to the payment processor’s normal processing timeline.
11. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPal or other processors.
By placing an order, buyer agrees to the applicable payment provider’s terms and conditions.
Eligible transactions may qualify for purchase protection or dispute resolution programs offered by the payment provider, subject entirely to the provider’s terms, limitations, eligibility rules, and determinations.
DeepCells.com does not control or guarantee any payment provider’s purchase protection, dispute, chargeback, or coverage decision.
12. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping costs, methods, timelines, and delivery estimates may vary by product and destination.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Risk of loss transfers to buyer when the product is delivered to the shipping address, picked up by buyer, or released to buyer’s carrier, freight forwarder, agent, installer, employee, or representative.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery and documenting any visible damage, shortage, or delivery issue immediately.
Shipping damage claims must be reported promptly in accordance with the carrier’s requirements and DeepCells.com’s instructions.
13. Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, buyer is responsible for inspecting the product at pickup.
Risk of loss transfers to buyer when the product is released to buyer or buyer’s representative.
Buyer is responsible for safe loading, transportation, securing, handling, and unloading of the product after pickup.
14. Resale and Downstream Use
Buyer assumes all responsibility for any resale, transfer, installation, modification, use, or downstream distribution of products purchased from DeepCells.com.
Buyer is responsible for all representations, warranties, disclosures, claims, and obligations buyer makes to any downstream purchaser, customer, installer, user, or third party.
DeepCells.com is not responsible for any downstream claims, resale claims, product liability claims, warranty claims, support claims, installation claims, or performance claims arising after the sale.
15. No Brand Affiliation
DeepCells.com may sell products originally manufactured, branded, distributed, or sold by third parties.
Unless expressly stated in writing, DeepCells.com is not affiliated with, owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or associated with any manufacturer, brand, prior owner, distributor, reseller, or product name displayed on the website.
Brand names, trademarks, logos, product names, and model names are used only to identify the liquidation products being sold.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products and website services are provided “as-is,” “where-is,” “with all faults,” and “as available.”
DeepCells.com disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, performance, durability, compatibility, safety, or suitability for any particular use.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepCells.com, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, liquidation partners, and related parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use, system failure, downtime, business interruption, property damage, injury, resale losses, installation costs, removal costs, replacement costs, repair costs, or downstream claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepCells.com’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeepCells.com, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, liquidation partners, and related parties from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees, product liability claims, injury claims, property damage claims, resale claims, downstream buyer claims, warranty claims, support claims, installation claims, or regulatory claims arising out of or related to:
- Buyer’s purchase
- Buyer’s use, installation, storage, charging, maintenance, modification, repair, resale, transfer, or disposal of any product
- Buyer’s violation of these Terms
- Buyer’s violation of any law, code, regulation, or third-party right
- Any claim made by a downstream purchaser, installer, user, or third party
19. User Accounts
Buyer may be required to provide accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under buyer’s account.
DeepCells.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse accounts or orders suspected of fraud, abuse, misuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
20. Prohibited Uses
Buyer agrees not to use DeepCells.com for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
Buyer may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy website content without permission, submit false information, initiate fraudulent disputes, or misuse the website or checkout process.
21. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, designs, logos, product layouts, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to DeepCells.com unless otherwise stated.
Buyer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or exploit website content without written permission from DeepCells.com.
