About This Sale
This is a limited-time liquidation sale of BatteryEVO inventory. All products are being sold by Tech Direct, Inc., a Nevada corporation, through a liquidation event hosted at DeepCells.com. Tech Direct, Inc. is not affiliated with, owned by, or associated with BatteryEVO in any way. Any warranty, service, or other claims against BatteryEVO are not assumed by Tech Direct and will not be considered as part of this sale.
Product Condition - No Warranty
All products are sold as-is. No manufacturer warranty, seller warranty, or ongoing technical support is provided with any purchase. The sole guarantee is that the product will be in functioning condition upon delivery. Once the 48-hour inspection period has passed, no warranty claims of any kind will be honored by Tech Direct, Inc. or DeepCells.com.
Returns & Claims - 48-Hour Window Only
There are no returns. If your product arrives non-functioning, you must inspect and test it immediately upon receipt and submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery to batteryevo@deepcells.com. Claims must include photos and a description of the issue. After 48 hours, all sales are final with no exceptions. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for any reason after this period.
All Sales Final
After the 48-hour inspection period has passed, all sales are final. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the product, including its use, installation, resale, transfer, and any downstream claims.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Direct, Inc., DeepCells.com, BatteryEVO, and their respective affiliates and owners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or product liability issues arising after the 48-hour inspection period.
Replacement Parts
Requests to purchase replacement parts after the sale may be submitted by email to batteryevo@deepcells.com. Replacement part availability is not guaranteed and is subject to existing inventory at the time of the request.
